Drop whatever your site already exports. Nothing is uploaded: it is read, pseudonymised and counted here.
On this page there is nowhere to send it at all: it is a static site. There is no server behind it that could receive your spreadsheet, even if it tried.
1 · Which patient
What do I type here, and what happens to it
Type the identifier exactly as it appears on the document in your hand. On confirmation it becomes a code in this very tab: the ID is not stored, not sent, and never comes to exist outside this browser.
Ejemplo: 12.345.678-5 — with dots or without, it makes no difference. The Chilean ID checks itself: a mistyped digit is rejected rather than linked to the wrong patient.

or
Documents and images attach to the patient above. Spreadsheets carry their own ID column, one patient per row, and are linked through that.
The shaded bands are proposed, not decided. Drag to add more, and check every page before you continue — the pixels underneath are destroyed, not covered.
Where the document goes, and what is kept
The reader runs on our own infrastructure —not an external artificial-intelligence provider— currently hosted in Sao Paulo. That is an international transfer, covered by Law 21.719 and declared in the data processing agreement. It writes nothing to disk and returns only variables with their quotation.
Redaction is done by a person, not an algorithm. The spots most often missed: the second page, the footer repeating the name, and the barcode label.
Spreadsheets
One per service: pathology, pharmacy, discharges. Crossing them is what none of them can do alone.
Review before pseudonymising
This is what happens to each column. Once you count, the identifiers stop existing in this tab.
Before counting
Write this code in your register
Keep it next to the patient identity in your site's internal register.
Trialayer does not keep the correspondence. We have no way of knowing who this patient is, nor how to re-contact them: that link exists only at your site.
